Group Name: Novels in Translation.
Group aims: To meet and enjoy reading and discussing foreign language novels which have been translated into English. To learn about new authors and from different cultures around the world!
Books chosen by members should be not too long and should be readily available, either in paperback or on Kindle.
To start with we looked at "My Brilliant Friend" by Elena Ferrante.
Group meetings: Usually monthly in-person meetings in our u3a meeting rooms.
