Group title: Family History.

Group aims: to meet and enjoy researching our ancestry.  It doesn't matter if you are an absolute beginner or more experienced you are very welcome. Members share news and queries in an informal comfortable room.  No prior knowledge, skills, or experience needed. 

Each meeting we look at what's new and different aspects of research, concentrating on the free sites and how to navigate and get the best from them. Followed by a very successful 'Open Forum' where you are welcome to pitch and update us with any successes or difficulties you have experienced in your research.

Absolute beginners particularly welcome to help you to get started with organising your precious photographs and other materials materials and using online resources.

Group meetings: usually monthly in-person meetings in our Newcastle u3a meeting rooms.
