Group name: Book of the Month
Group aims: To share and enjoy reading and discussing books but also plays and films. All welcome: beginners and experts. No prior knowledge or experience needed.
We choose our books by agreement within the group. We mark each book out of 10 and the average score for each book is shown on our programmes. After the main discussion we often include a short discussion on plays or films we've seen, given the strong link between literature and drama. We welcome new members so, if you're interested, please do get in touch with us.
We include a short introduction to each book from a member of the group.
Group meetings: Usually monthly in-person meetings at Stuart & Kate's house. Zoom also available.
