Our speaker will talk about deafness and how it impacts on people – of all ages – and how the charity helps people by breeding, training, and partnering specially trained dogs with those people. The talk will also cover the other services – advice on technology and other services to assist deaf people – that the charity offers. Informative and entertaining, the talk is well-received by audiences, many of whom are aware of the problems deafness brings but unaware of Hearing Dogs. ---- all welcome.
