Group Name: Line Dancing Beginners.
Group aims: To enjoy meeting and dancing together.
A group for beginners to learn the basics of this lovely and varied dance style which is usually danced without partners. Music now includes all styles from country and western to Irish traditional to film scores to Latin American. We will teach ourselves.
Michael Mosley ranks dancing as one of the best activities that we should take part in.
Time to "Roll back the rug" and strut your stuff! All welcome. No prior knowledge, skills, or experience needed. Only a willingness to have-a-go!!!
Group meetings: Usually weekly in-person meetings in St Georges Church Hall, Jesmond.
