Group name: Board Games.
Group aims: To meet and enjoy playing very simple board and card games in good company in pleasant surroundings.
One of our members has very kindly offered to start a new group to get people together once a month to play traditional Board Games. If you love to play Cluedo, Snakes & Ladders, Monopoly, Backgammon, Mexican Train, or many others, (even Tiddlywinks!) then this is an opportunity to enjoy being with others who absolutely love doing the same thing!! Total beginners also very welcome.
Please note, this group will not be including Chess or Scrabble, as those games already have their own groups, which of course you are welcome to join.
Group meetings: usually monthly in-person meetings without Zoom, at our u3a meeting rooms.
