Group Name: Easy German: Conversation & Culture.
Group aims: to meet and enjoy sharing an interest in the German language and culture.
This group is aimed at both beginners and elementary speakers of German. In a relaxed and informal atmosphere, members learn and practise together to improve their language and conversation skills. Group members are encouraged to participate by researching and discussing different topics - culture, music, travel, food, drinks, holidays, etc. This group is for anyone wishing to learn or practise spoken German, find out more about German culture, and to enjoy the company of others doing the same thing. If you are already a competent German speaker, perhaps you may like to help to lead this new group.
Group meetings: usually monthly in-person meetings without Zoom, in our Newcastle u3a meeting rooms.
