Group name : Dowsing.

Group aims : To meet, learn, and practice dowsing in good company and comfortable surroundings. 

Dowsing is fun and informative. Useful for seeking information of any kind, including dowsing for water, earth energies, archaeology, health, lost people, pets or seeking spiritual information-(non religious). An ideal way to explore the unseen aspects of Nature and the Cosmos.

Materials are provided: Dowsing rods, Pendulums, Charts and Maps are used at sessions.

We also watch vdeos of dowsers at work.

Members are shown how to protect themselves and we use the ''Dowsers Code of Conduct'' (Britishdowsers.com) and their ''Dowsing Terms.''

Topics include:

  • Earth Energy Grids and Geopathic Stress. 
  • Map dowsing for water underground..
  • Dowsing the River Tyne and Thames for pollution levels.
  • Dowsing the best Spring Water to drink.
  • Dowsing aspects of our Health.
  • Dowsing the energy field of the human body and how to balance it.
  • Understanding the purpose of Stone Circles and Monoliths.
  • Dowsing Trees and Sacred Spaces.

All welcome: beginners especially welcome. No prior knowledge, skills, or experience needed. All you need is a willingness to join in but you are welcome to just come and listen to find out what happens. 

Group meetings:  usually monthly in-person meetings in our u3a meeting rooms. Zoom not available.
